Cal , Catherine and I went out yesterday. Visibility got close to 30 feet at the high tide but dropped down to about 20 as the tide came in. There was also some west bound current. which fluctuated throughout the day.

Catherine and I went out tarpon fishing last night. Although the wind was from the north and we fished the incoming tide, they were biting. I only had 6 large pinfish from my canal, there is usually unlimited pinfish in the canal but perhaps due to no fish carcasses being thrown in there the pinfish where scarce.

Went out yesterday with Ted and Catherine. The winds were like 4 kts form the south, gulfstream only 5 miles out, but the vis on reef in front of key west between Sand key and the 9 foot stake was only 25-35 feet and green. I was expecting crystal clear water but nope.
We shot a black grouper, grey triggerfish, and 2 yellow jacks.
Ted got both yellow jacks, the larger one was probably around 15# biggest fish he has shot so far.

Went out yesterday with Catherine , Brad and Cal. Conditions where close to perfect, no wind 40-50 feet of visibility on the main reef. Went a little way west and then worked out way back.
We shot a bunch of fish, black grouper, hind, triggerfish yellow jack, ciro mackerel, margate and yellow tails.
